From 9 February to 9 March 2026, ICAO invited emissions unit programmes to apply to the 2026 assessment cycle by TAB, which will make recommendations on their eligibility to supply CORSIA-Eligible Emissions Units for the 2027-2029 compliance period (part of the CORSIA ‘second phase’).
The assessment will be conducted during TAB’s 2026 annual assessment cycle, according to the TAB Terms of Reference, TAB Procedures and 2026 Work Programme.
Programmes which are approved to supply CORSIA Eligible Emissions Units should use the Material Change Form to inform TAB of any material changes, the procedures for which are described in Section 8 of the TAB Procedures.
The programme(s) are invited to complete and submit the Material Change notification form, including accompanying evidence, no later than 25 April 2026 via TAB [at] icao.int.
