Artificial intelligence is reshaping aviation, creating new opportunities while raising important questions about safety, accountability, regulatory oversight and the role of human judgement. Under the theme “Aviation in the Age of Artificial Intelligence: Data, Accountability, Safety Oversight and State Readiness,” the Symposium will bring together the international aviation community to explore the legal, regulatory and practical implications of AI-enabled aviation. Through high-level discussions, practical case studies and interactive sessions, participants will examine critical issues including data quality and validation, AI model reliability, digital dependencies, continuous assurance, regulatory interoperability and the capabilities States need to maintain effective oversight.
The Symposium will provide a global platform to exchange experience, identify emerging challenges and consider practical priorities for the safe, responsible and effective integration of AI into aviation.
