TAB Recommendations

TAB submitted its report to Council in January 2024. After consideration, Council accepted TAB's recommendations and approved the associated updates to the ICAO document "CORSIA Eligible Emissions Units." TAB recommendations in the TAB Report (January 2024) are available below.

 

Clarification of TAB's criteria interpretation

The document "Clarification of TAB's criteria interpretation contained in TAB Reports" consolidates TAB’s further interpretations of the CORSIA Emissions Units Eligibility Criteria and associated Guidelines for Criteria Interpretation, including specific approaches taken to apply criteria and guidelines during the TAB’s assessments, which form the basis of TAB’s recommendations to the ICAO Council on eligible emissions units. The latest version of this document is available here.
 

From 4 May to 3 June 2023, ICAO invited the public to submit comments on responses to the call for 2023 applications and material updates, regarding their alignment with the EUC.

Public comments received during that period, including commenter  names and organizations, are published following the decision  by the Council in respect of TAB's eligibility recommendations for this cycle.

ICAO will not consider any submission from the public that requests confidential treatment of all, or a substantial part, of the submission. Application and Re-application Forms

Programmes that are interested to supply CORSIA Eligible Emissions Units can apply for assessment by the Technical Advisory Boday against the CORSIA Emissions Unit Criteria (EUC) during the annual call for applications.

New applicants are requested to use the below listed forms:
