REPORTING​

To assist States in meeting the reporting requirements outlined in Annex 13, ICAO offers the following three options for initial notification and submitting ADREP reports: 

a)    completing the form: submit ADREP reports to ICAO online at https://eccairs.icao.int.This option is free of charge and for reporting to ICAO only; 

b)    automated transferring: States opting for full ECCAIRS 2 will have their own accident/incident database. This option will require formalizing a Service Agreement between the State and European Union Aviation Safety Agency (EASA); and 

c)    bridging from a proprietary system to the ICAO ECCAIRS 2: for States with proprietary systems, programmatic translation and connectivity to ECCAIRS 2 taxonomy is possible via built-in ECCAIRS 2 Application Programming Interface (API). This option will require the State to contact EASA for technical support.
