FOR ACCOMPANYING PERSONS
2025 PROGRAMME OF ACTIVITIES
The ICAO Secretariat, in cooperation with the Host State of Canada, wishes to extend a warm welcome to those accompanying participants in the 42nd Session of the ICAO Assembly to be held from 23 September to 3 October 2025.
You will find attached a Programme of Activities for you to enjoy during your stay in Montréal. Please note that for security reasons, participants under 18 years old are not eligible to participate.
Should you wish to participate in either of the activities being organized, please register by email at spousecoordinator [at] icao.int (spousecoordinator[at]icao[dot]int), and provide the following details:
- Activity;
- Name and last name;
- Delegation;
- Accompanying person/spouse of: [name and last name];
- Phone number; and
- Email.
Due to limited seating capacity on buses, priority for registration will be given to visiting participants. For resident participants, registrations will be taken from a separate list on a "first come first-served" basis, except in such cases when a Visiting participant wishes to be accompanied by a Resident participant of its own Delegation, then the latter will be registered on the Priority list. A confirmation of participation email (indicating a reserved place) or a confirmation of registration email (indicating placement on the waiting list) will be sent by spousecoordinator [at] icao.int (spousecoordinator[at]icao[dot]int).
Please note that each activity will have a specific registration deadline. Participants must present their confirmation of participation email, on the day of the activity for verification purposes. Only the confirmation of participation email will serve as valid proof of participation.
Transportation will leave promptly at the specified times.
The meeting point will be ICAO Headquarters, lobby area.
