APIRG Membership - In accordance with Council Decision C-DEC 183/9 of 2008 all ICAO Contracting States, who are service providers in the AFI Region and are part of the AFI ANP, should be included in the membership of APIRG. Reference - APIRG Handbook PART 1 item No.3
