FlyORO
FlyORO Technologies is a Singapore-based SAF blending technology company. Its flagship AlphaLite system is a modular, 40-foot blending unit built on proprietary, patented technology and designed to integrate with existing fuel infrastructure, enabling SAF blending at production sites, fuel terminals, or airport fuel farms. In 2025, FlyORO deployed AlphaLite at Toowoomba Wellcamp Airport, Australia – the first SAF blending terminal co-located at an airport. As a supporting partner of ICAO Finvest, FlyORO brings deployment-ready infrastructure that complements centralised supply chains and extends SAF access to markets beyond established fuel hubs.

Facilitate the use of innovative financial instruments and risk mitigation mechanisms tailored to the unique needs of aviation decarbonisation projects, including legal and policy instruments, insurance and guarantees.
Public-Private Partnerships
Foster Public-Private Partnerships to promote knowledge sharing, policy making, resource pooling, and joint investment in aviation decarbonisation projects.
