ICAO Human Factors Starter Pack

In conjunction with the ICAO AVSEC Panel's Working Group on Training, ICAO has produced a Starter Pack on Human Factors and Human Performance – Strengthening Security Culture in AVSEC to supplement existing ICAO material on security culture and to build foundational knowledge in human factors and human performance.

Considering the interconnected relationship between human factors, human performance and security culture, the Starter Pack provides practical approaches and guidance to better understand how employees can perform at their best, so contributing to the effectiveness and efficiency of the aviation security system.
