Material Changes to Previously-Assessed Programmes (submitted by September 2021)
Three programmes submitted material changes for TAB's assessment to ICAO by September 2021.
Public Comments
In December 2021, ICAO invited the public to submit comments the material updates to previously- assessed programmes, in particular regarding the alignment of applicant organizations with the EUC. The deadline for submitting comments was Friday 31 December, 2021. No comments were received by the deadline.
TAB Recommendations
TAB submitted its fifth report to Council in January 2022. After consideration, Council accepted TAB's recommendations, and approved the associated ICAO document "CORSIA Eligible Emissions Units". TAB's recommendations in the TAB Report (January 2022) are available in English.

2021 Programme applications for assessment by TAB
From 11 January and 18 February 2021, ICAO invited emissions unit programmes to apply for assessment by TAB against the CORSIA Emissions Unit Criteria (EUC).
ICAO received three responses to the call for applications. The responses provided - except for the information labelled as business confidential - are included below.
In addition to the three new programme applications above, ICAO received the following two material updates to previously-assessed programmes submitted by 10 December 2020:

Public Comments
In April 2021, ICAO invited the public to submit comments on responses to the call for applications and two material updates to previously-assessed programmes submitted by 10 December 2020, including regarding their alignment with the EUC. ICAO received 6 public comments, which are available in a consolidated form here.
In May 2021, ICAO invited the public to submit comments on four material updates to previously-assessed programmes submitted by 15 April 2021, including regarding their alignment with the EUC. ICAO received 3 public comments, which are available in a consolidated form here.
TAB Recommendations
TAB submitted its fourth report to Council in September 2021. After consideration, Council accepted TAB's recommendations, and approved the associated ICAO document "CORSIA Eligible Emissions Units". TAB's recommendations in the TAB Report (September 2021) are available in all six ICAO official languages.
