Student Voices Shaping the Future of Sustainable Aviation
University Corner (UniCorner)
Are you an undergraduate student passionate about aviation, climate action, or sustainability?
The International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) invites you to contribute to the UniCorner, an interactive initiative showcasing innovative student perspectives on sustainable aviation at the ICAO Aviation Climate Week 2026, One Global Path: Advancing Net-Zero Aviation. To participate, undergraduate students are encouraged to submit two-minute videos proposing actionable solutions to key sustainability challenges in aviation. Selected topics might include: sustainable aviation fuels (SAF), aircraft noise reduction, carbon and greenhouse gas emissions mitigation, the Carbon Offsetting and Reduction Scheme for International Aviation (CORSIA), sustainable airport operations, aviation life cycle assessment and circular economy approaches, non-COā climate impacts, and innovative aircraft design for environmental performance. | |
Videos will be displayed throughout the event in a dedicated exhibition space, giving Climate Week participants the opportunity to explore student ideas.
