Special Philatelic Envelopes

On the occasion of the 41th Session of the ICAO Assembly (A41), a special philatelic envelope will be released as shown below. This limited-edition envelope can be purchased during the Assembly for CAD 5.00 each from the Staff Association Boutique, located on the first floor of the Conference Centre.

Cafeteria

The ICAO Cafeteria, located on the fifth floor of the Office Tower will be open daily between 07:00 and 16:00, Monday to Friday and between 07:00 and 14:00 on Saturday 1 October 2022.

Commissariat

The ICAO Commissariat will be open on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday between 12:00 and 15:00, offering duty-free products to eligible Delegates attending the A41. Eligibility to purchase products from the Commissariat is limited to Delegates entitled to appropriate fiscal privileges.

Prayer and Meditation Room

A room (4.30) is available for prayer and meditation to all delegates on the fourth floor of ICAO Office Tower, next to the ICAO medical office.

ICAO Museum

The ICAO Museum (Olumuyiwa Benard Aliu) has been equipped as a temporary isolation area should there be persons identified during screening as requiring assessment by medical personnel, and is therefore unavailable until further notice.

Audio and Video Services

Delegations wishing to obtain an audio or video clip of their intervention during an open meeting can forward their request with the name of the committee/commission, exact date, time and location to ICAO Events (events [at] icao.int (events[at]icao[dot]int)). Requests will be processed starting 17 October 2022, on a first come first served basis. Audio and video editing will be charged on a cost-recovery basis (minimum of $100).

Simultaneous Interpretation Equipment

In the conference room with interpretation service, on top of the table you will find an audio control unit. The language selector gives you the choice of language:

Internet Access

The ICAO Assembly Hall and meeting areas are equipped to offer Internet connectivity through a wireless network for attendees who bring their own portable computers with wireless capability. Using the public wireless network, users with computer equipment having wireless capabilities compatible with WiFi 802.11b/g/n will have access to the Internet. Specifications for ICAO’s public wireless network are outlined below:
