It is the Participants' responsibility to ensure that all respective visa requirements are met in order to be able to attend ICAN2025 in the Dominican Republic.
All delegates must complete the Dominican Republic's Electronic Ticket for entry and exit (E-TKT). Link: https://eticket.migracion.gob.do/
Most travelers do not need a visa to enter the Dominican Republic. This includes citizens of the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, the European Union, Russia, Ukraine, Kazakhstan, Mexico, most countries in Central and South America, Japan, Israel, and others.

You will only need a visa if:
You are a national of a country listed in the visa-required table below; and
You do not hold legal residency or a valid visa from the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, or any Schengen Area Country.
