Electronic Voting Procedure

An electronic voting system, available in all six official ICAO languages (Arabic, Chinese, English, French, Russian and Spanish) will be used at the 43rd Session of the Assembly for the election of Member States to the Council. The election of Member States is scheduled for the Plenary session on Friday, 20 November 2026. 

In accordance with the Standing Rules of Procedure of the Assembly, the possibility of conducting manual voting using paper ballots is retained as a contingency measure.
