Notice to Assembly Attendees

ICAO is promoting the protection of the environment by reducing the amount of paper it prints in support of its meetings.

In addition to the traditional Pigeon Hole space provided to each Delegation during the 38th Session of the Assembly (A38), used for the distribution of documentation and invitations in paper format, ICAO will also provide each Delegation with an email mailbox where information may be sent, as needed.

The email mailboxes will be formatted as follows: A38.delegationname [at] icao.int (A38[dot]delegationname[at]icao[dot]int) and should only be used by Delegations to exchange messages and material related to the Assembly.

Upon completion of the Assembly, all ‘A38.d…’ email mailboxes and their contents will be permanently deleted. An envelope with details on how to use these dedicated mailboxes will be placed in each Delegation Pigeon Hole and made available to delegates after their registration.
