In order to avoid unnecessary delays at the opening of the Assembly, all participants are strongly encouraged to register online and upload their photograph to their profile by following instructions available at the following web address: www.icao.int/A40registration. Participants who have registered online, uploaded a compliant picture to their online registration profile and have their original credentials pre-approved by ICAO Legal Affairs and External Relations Bureau, will be eligible for a fast issuance of their event badge.

Any visitor (including MEDIA) to ICAO will only be granted access upon presentation of valid recognized passport or Canadian Government issued photo ID which indicates Canadian nationality - as proof of nationality (Driver’s license is not an acceptable proof as it does not indicate nationality).

If you have not submitted your Credentials yet, please be advised that original Credentials must be deposited onsite, during the A40 onsite registration hours, in order to finalize your registration.

9 to 13 September 2019, the Registration/Credentials Centre will be open to Resident Delegations only from 1400 to 1700 hours

16 September 2019, the Registration/Credentials Centre will be open to all A40 attendees from 0900 to 1700 hours

18 & 19 September 2019, the Registration/Credentials Centre will be open to all A40 attendees from 1400 to 1700 hours

20 September 2019, the Registration/Credentials Centre will be open to all A40 attendees from 0900 to 1700 hours

21 & 22 September 2019, the Registration/Credentials Centre will be open to all A40 attendees from 0900 to 2000 hours

23 September 2019, the Registration/Credentials Centre will be open to all A40 attendees from 0900 to 2000 hours

24 September 2019, the Registration/Credentials Centre will be open to all A40 attendees from 0730 to 1730 hours

* Please note that on the Council elections days, the Registration/Credentials Centre will suspend its operations one hour prior to the commencement of the voting sessions (i.e. at 9:00 hours on 28 September 2019 and at 13:00 on 1 October 2019) and until the conclusion of the Plenary Meeting concerned.
