The High-Level Youth Summit will bring together Assembly delegates to exchange perspectives on workforce, skills, and leadership pathways aligned to the ICAO Next Generation of Aviation Professionals (NGAP) agenda. The Summit promotes practical collaboration across regions in support of ICAO’s Uniting Aviation vision and No Country Left Behind principle.
The event is organized by the United Arab Emirates, in cooperation with the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO), supported by the National Civil Aviation Agency of Brazil (ANAC), Airports Council International (ACI), the International Coordinating Council of Aerospace Industries Associations (ICCAIA), the European Organization for the Safety of Air Navigation (EUROCONTROL), and the Global Aviation and Aerospace Skills Taskforce (GAAST).
Summit Objectives
- Provide a platform for young aviation professionals to engage directly with NGAP themes.
- Build cross-regional networks to accelerate talent pipelines, leadership, and innovation.
- Offer career and capacity-building opportunities through ICAO and industry partners.
