Webinar Overview

​HOW WILL THE WEBINARS WORK?

The ICAO Webinar Series will be held on Zoom, providing a platform for each session.

Interested participants are required to register in advance to each session. Participant registration will be subject to approval by ICAO prior to receiving an email confirmation with webinar access details.

The Webinar sessions will be conducted as:

• 45 minutes to 1 hour webinar duration including
  • 30 minute for presentation
  • 15-30 minutes for Questions & Answers (Q&A)
• Each session will be hosted by key note Subject Matter Expert(s) for the presentation, and a designated moderator will facilitate the Q&A.
• All participants will have access to the Zoom application Chat box.   Participants are requested to submit their questions through the Q&A function.  Questions can only be submitted in writing. 
• Audio / Visual for participants will be disabled.

REGISTRATION IS LIMITED 

Participation is limited to 1000 participants per webinar session. Registration is open and is  based on a first come, first serve basis until the registration deadline of the webinar session.  Participants may receive a registration confirmation, but may not be able to enter the webinar if the room is already at full capacity.  

Please note that participants can access the webinar session with the invitation link, approximately 15 minutes before the start of the webinar.
