The Legal Committee is composed of legal experts designated as representatives of and by Member States, and is open to participation by all Member States and certain international organizations invited by the Council of the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO).
ICAO strongly encourages all participants, including observers, to pre-register online by 24 August 2018. The participants should upload to the online registration form a copy of their letter of designation signed by the appropriate authority. Passport identification and presentation of registration confirmation email, including the original of the designation letter, will be required to complete the final on-site registration process and to expedite the issuance of the badges.
Registration Hours at ICAO Headquarters:
Tuesday, 4 September 2018, from 0800 to 1000 hours.
Wednesday, 5 September 2018, from 0830 to 0930 hours.
Thursday, 6 September 2018, from 0830 to 0930 hours.
EVENTS
The President of the Council and the Secretary General of ICAO will be hosting a reception in honor of the participants to the 37th Session of the Legal Committee. The reception will take place on 4 September 2018 at 1730 hours in the Delegates' Lounge, 3rd Floor, ICAO Conference Center.
