The Legal Committee is composed of legal experts designated as representatives of and by Member States, and is open to participation by all Member States and certain international organizations invited by the Council of the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO).
Registration Hours:
Monday, 30 November 2015, from 0800 to 1000 hours.

ICAO encourages all attendees to register as soon as possible after their arrival in Montréal. The minimum check-in time requirement for participants who registered on-line is 45 minutes prior to the event start time.
Access to the registration area will close at 0900 hours and reopen at 0945 hours to allow late participants to join at the first break.
We recommend allowing additional time, or to register the day before to avoid registration delays. Confirmed participants are highly encouraged to bring their registration confirmation to expedite the issuance of their badge
