Entry Visa Information

Participants are advised to contact the Equatorial Guinea Embassy or Consulate regarding visa requirements and exemptions, as well as for applications and processing.

Visa upon arrival can be obtained at the airport of entry. It is advisable to have the following documents on hand:

• Valid passport
• Return ticket
• Letter of invitation

Participants who have difficulty obtaining a visa online and/or who lack a Diplomatic Mission or Consulate in their respective countries of residence are advised to submit a list of the members of their delegations to the focal point mentioned above to assist in obtaining a visa at the airport; it is recommended that such lists be submitted at least 30 days in advance.

All participants are required to have their International Certificate of Vaccination up to date against Yellow Fever.
