Agenda and Schedule

The Provisional Agenda of the 38th Session of the Assembly is presented in A38-WP/1 (see below). 

A Suggested Schedule for consideration of agenda items is published in order to facilitate coordination in the conduct of the business of the Assembly (see below).

The numbers shown on the chart correspond to the agenda items appearing in A38-WP/1. 

The letter “R” preceding an agenda item number on the schedule indicates approval of the report on that agenda item by the Executive Committee or Commissions. 

The opening of the First Plenary Meeting will be held on Tuesday, 24 September 2013, at 1100 hours in the Assembly Hall and will be preceded by an informal meeting of Heads of Delegations of Member States, starting at 0945 hours. The working hours of the Assembly will be from 0900 to 1200 hours and from 1400 to 1700 hours. 

The timetable is a suggested schedule for planning purposes only and reference should be made to the Orders of Business of the various bodies for the most and up-to-date information on the consideration of items by the respective bodies.
