Registration

Registration is free of charge. The workshop is open for participants nominated by States. Participants should register online no later than 30 January 2026. Nomination letters should be sent by e-mail to OPS [at] icao.int (OPS[at]icao[dot]int). The letter should include full name, title and email address of each nominee.  

Registration is not complete until receipt of a confirming e-mail. Once registration request approved by ICAO, a confirmation email will be provided
