Pre-Conference: ICAO-ACI Global Infrastructure Investor Forum

The ICAO-ACI Global Infrastructure Investor Forum will be held on Sunday, 15 November 2026, at ICAO Headquarters in Montréal, Canada, as a pre-conference event of the Seventh Worldwide Air Transport Conference (ATConf/7). 

The Forum will bring together senior representatives from governments, financial institutions, infrastructure investors, airport operators, development partners and the wider aviation community to discuss the investment and financing required to support the sustainable development of global aviation infrastructure.

Providing a platform for dialogue between policymakers and the investment community, discussions will focus on future aviation infrastructure needs, investment-enabling policy and regulatory frameworks, financing mechanisms, public-private partnerships, risk allocation approaches and international best practices.

Participation in the Forum is open to invited participants and participants to ATConf/7 only. Invitees and ATConf/7 participants are invited to complete their registration using the link below.
