Policy on ICAO Implementation Support

The ICAO Council approved a dedicated Implementation Support Policy in March 2022, to strengthen how assistance is coordinated and delivered. This policy ensures that any support we provide Member States and other partners, is needs-based and aligned with ICAO’s Strategic Goals. By reinforcing cooperation across ICAO and external stakeholders, we can deliver effective, efficient, and coordinated assistance across all areas of civil aviation.
