Welcome to the Technical Support and Quality Assurance Section (TSQA)

TSQA plays a pivotal role in safeguarding the technical integrity and quality of ICAO-managed projects for the procurement of goods and services and within the Capacity Development and Implementation (CDI) Bureau.

We are dedicated to delivering end-to-end technical support, from developing project requirements to conducting technical evaluations and ensuring quality assurance during project implementation. Our mission is to assure that every initiative is aligned with ICAO Standards and Recommended Practices (SARPs) and meets the highest benchmarks of safety, performance, and sustainability.

TSQA is composed of two specialized units:

• The Technical Support Unit (TSU), which is focused on solution design, technical assessments, and technical support prior to contract signature.
• The Technical Quality Assurance & Compliance Unit (TQACU), which is focused on compliance monitoring during contract implementation as well as continuous improvement.

Looking ahead, we are increasing our impact through specialized training, and responsive technical assistance to meet the evolving needs of the global aviation community.
