- To review the status of implementation of the various ICAO safety initiatives for Africa, share success stories and challenges, and agree on relevant strategies to further enhance safety in the region.
- Capacity building - to present the progress report on the establishment and implementation of the Human Resources Development Fund (HRDF) for Africa and discuss next steps.
