iSTARS is a group on the ICAO Secure Portal, so the registration process are different for current Portal members and new users.

Process for NEW USERS of the ICAO Secure Portal  

Fill in the registration form. Acceptance may take up to 48 hours. You will be sent your username and password by email.

Process for CURRENT MEMBERS of the ICAO Secure Portal  

1. Login to the ICAO Secure Portal account with username and password.
2. Subscribe to group "iSTARS."  Acceptance may take up to 48 hours. You will be sent your username and password by email.
3. Once you have approval, login to the portal and click on group iSTARS. You will find in the NEWS section tutorials in English, French, and Spanish to get started.
