The Legal Committee is composed of legais experts designated as representatives of and by Member States, and is open to participation by all Member States and certain international organizations invited by the Council of the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO).
ICAO strongly encourages all participants, including observers, to register online by 9 October 2026.
Participants should upload a copy of their letter of nomination signed by the appropriate authority when registering online.
Working papers or information papers should be submitted to ICAO no later than 11 September 2026.
Those delegates for whom visas continue to be required for entry into Canada are invited to take steps to obtain these visas in good time (eight weeks prior to departure) from the nearest Canadian authorities. Please note that it is not possible to obtain entry visas upon arrival in Canada.
