What is RRAP?

A standardized, objective framework to evaluate the management, processes, and capabilities of regional aviation organizations. It ensures RSOOs and RAIOs operate consistently, effectively, and reliably on behalf of member States.  

Why It Matters

Building and maintaining effective safety oversight and investigation capabilities is tough—especially with limited budgets and technical staffing shortages. By pooling resources through RSOOs and RAIOs, States achieve critical economies of scale and harmonize safety standards.

While States retain final responsibility under the Chicago Convention, RRAP ensures the regional entities they rely on are competent, capable, and ready to deliver.
