COVID-19 and the economic development of air transport
The Secretariat has been regularly updating and publishing the economic analysis of COVID-19 impact on air transport to provide the authoritative information and forecasts to Member States and the international community.
A series of interactive air transport dashboards have been developed and, through collaboration with the United Nations (UN) Statistical Division, integrated in the UN public platform for monitoring the impact of COVID-19 on Trade, Travel and Transport. Furthermore, quarterly contributions have been made to the UN publication on How Covid-19 Is Changing the World: a Statistical Perspective.
