ICAO developed its inaugural People Strategy in alignment with the 2020-2022 Business Plan and new triennium budget. It presents the blueprint for how ICAO intends to reinforce, build, retain, and source its workforce, creating a more people-centred organization that focuses on developing the capabilities of its people toward the efficient and effective delivery of its mandate.
