Innovation
ICAO held an Innovation Fair on 22 and 23 September 2019. The event was attended by over 900 participants and featured more than 50 exhibits covering a range of areas, from electric aircraft, to artificial intelligence, to green innovation. The Innovation Fair also provided a series of presentations which helped inform the community about the reality and possibilities of various innovations. This was followed in the 40th Session of the Assembly by the adoption of Resolution A40-27: Innovation in aviation which will guide the policy work of the Council on this subject.
