As aviation evolves towards digital transformation, we need to ask a simple question:  

 

Can we trust the digital information being exchanged?  

 

It’s mission critical that we can, and ICAO has therefore established the International Aviation Trust Framework (IATF) as a foundational aspect of its work in developing standards and harmonized procedures for a digitally seamless sky and dependable information exchange between all parties. 

 

The IATF is comprised of a set of policies, requirements, and best practices that will enable resilient and secured ground-ground, air-ground, and air-air exchange of digital information, and among both traditional and newly-emerging system stakeholders.
