Multi-Regional Civil Aviation Assistance Programme (MCAAP) (RLA09801)
| Aimed to assist its members in the effective implementation of ICAO standards and recommended practices (SARPs) for improving the safety, efficiency and capacity of the regional civil aviation system, in harmonization with the Global Air Navigation Plan (GANP), Global Aviation Safety Plan (GASP), CAR/SAM Regional Air Navigation Plan, and in support of the ICAO No Country Left Behind (NCLB) initiative, as well as other ICAO initiatives. |
