The Symposium will provide an opportunity to inform on the progress and achievements set out in the preceding Assembly Resolutions on environmental protection and will provide an ideal setting for ICAO's stakeholders to gain greater insight on emerging issues.
The Symposium is taking place the day after the ATAG Global Sustainable Aviation Forum (Monday 13 May, Montreal).
On the occasion of the ICAO Symposium on Environment and the ATAG Global Sustainable Aviation Forum, all participants registered to attend the ICAO Symposium on Environment are invited to attend a joint reception hosted by ICAO, the International Air Transport Association (IATA) and the Air Transport Action Group (ATAG), which will be held in the evening on 13 May 2019, at 1800 hours, at ICAO Headquarters.
