Seventh Worldwide Air Transport Conference

The Seventh Worldwide Air Transport Conference (ATConf/7) will be held from 16 to 20 November 2026 at ICAO Headquarters in Montréal, Canada.

In October 2025, ICAO circulated a State letter to its Member States and industry partners inviting feedback on the Concept Note for the Conference, as well as on proposed logistical arrangements.

The responses received have been made available to ICAO Council Members for their information and to support further discussions on the agenda and preparations for ATConf/7. These responses may be accessed at the following link:
