High-level Ministerial Segment and Statements
On Thursday, 17 April 2025, following the opening ceremony of the High-level Ministerial Segment by H.E. Minister of Transport of Qatar and by the President of the ICAO Council, there will be a presentation of the Doha Ministerial Declaration by the Secretary General of ICAO.
Then, the floor will be opened for pre-reserved oral statements from Ministers and Deputy Ministers with interpretation services. The high-level statements should focus on agenda items and be no longer than 5 minutes. If time permits, oral statements by Heads of Delegations will be allowed. Member States should notify the Secretariat of their intention to deliver an oral statement and submit the written copy of the oral statement by 28 March 2025 to FALC2025 [at] icao.int. Written oral statements will not be translated and will be posted on the website in the original language(s) provided.
