General
The Twenty-first meeting of the Technical Advisory Group on Machine Readable Travel Documents (TAG/MRTD/21) will be held at ICAO Headquarters, Montréal, Canada from 10 to 12 December 2012.
The plenary session is scheduled to start on the afternoon of Monday, 10 December and to continue through until Wednesday, 12 December. A draft agenda will be made available according to input received from the working groups and members.
We would appreciate receiving your working paper submissions no later than Friday, 16 November 2012, using the template provided. Submissions should be forwarded to the ISDinbox [at] icao.int (ISDinbox[at]icao[dot]int). Also, please note that it is important that we receive a list of members of your delegation for planning purposes.
You may wish to note the current list of hotels in Montréal with ICAO-negotiated rates listed on the top left menu box.
