This webinar will present the Simplified ATM/CDM Procedure developed to support coordination and collaboration between States and provide a framework and guidance to support the ICAO Regions with the preparation for the recovery from COVID-19 pandemic.

SPEAKER BIO:
Elie El Khoury is the Technical Officer for Air Traffic Management at the Air Navigation Bureau, ICAO Headquarters. He is also the Secretary of the ATMOPS Panel, responsible for the development and amendment of SARPs and guidance materials relevant to ATM operations.
Mr. El Khoury joined ICAO in 2012 as the Regional Officer for Air Traffic Management and Search and Rescue at the ICAO Middle East Regional Office based in Cairo. He promoted, coordinated and ensured effective implementation of the ICAO Standards and Recommended Practices (SARPs) and the global and regional requirements related mainly to ATM and SAR. He also led the Contingency Coordination Teams (CCTs) in the MID Region. Additionally, Mr. El Khoury has been supporting the ICAO USAOP CMA Programme since 2013 covering the ANS Area.
