Documentation

In line with United Nations environmental sustainability practices, the Conference will be conducted as a paperless event. Taking into consideration the access to all Conference documentation in electronic format and the internet facilities provided to participants, no documentation in paper format will be distributed. Documentation will be placed on the Conference website as it becomes available. 

ICAO has taken measures to minimize its environmental impact for the conduct of its meetings. All participants are therefore encouraged to use portable devices as the main means to access documentation. Participants are also encouraged to distribute non-official documentation electronically. During the Conference, no printing services will be made available.
