Staff Association Boutique

We would like to invite you to visit our Boutique located on the first floor of the Conference Centre, which will be open daily from 12:30 to 13:30.

Special Philatelic Envelopes

On the occasion of the 40th Session of the ICAO Assembly (A40) and of the 75th Anniversary of ICAO, two special philatelic envelopes will be issued as shown below. These limited-edition envelopes can be purchased during the Assembly for CAD 5.00 each from the Staff Association Boutique, located on the first floor of the Conference Centre. 

Business Centre

There will be dedicated personal computers with Microsoft Office tools and networked printers in the Business Centre, located on the first floor of the Conference Centre. All workstations will have access to the Internet.

Cafeteria

The ICAO Cafeteria, located on the fifth floor of the Office Tower will be open daily between 07:00 and 16:00, Monday to Friday and between 07:00 and 14:00 on Saturday 28 September 2019.

Coffee and Snacks Service

Coffee and Snacks Service will be available at two locations: the Bistro, located on the first floor, after the ICAO Boutique, by the Commissariat, and the ICAO Café, on the fourth floor of the Conference Centre will be operated daily between 08:00 and 17:00 (except Sunday 29 September 2019).
On Sunday 29 September, only the ICAO Café (fourth floor) will be operated between 08:00 and 14:00.

Commissariat

The ICAO Commissariat will be open on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday between 12:00 and 15:00, offering duty-free products to eligible Delegates attending the A40. Eligibility to purchase products from the Commissariat is limited to Delegates entitled to appropriate fiscal privileges.

Prayer and Meditation Room

A room (4.30) is available for prayer and meditation to all delegates on the fourth floor of ICAO Office Tower, next to the ICAO medical office.

Meeting Services

Due to space limitations, it is unfortunately not possible to offer dedicated exhibition or information areas for use by specific Member States or groups of Member States within the ICAO Headquarters building during the Assembly period. One meeting room will be reserved for shared use by the Regional Groups. Delegations are invited to coordinate their meeting requirements through their Regional Group.

Audio and Video Services

Delegations wishing to obtain an audio or video clip of their intervention during an open meeting can forward their request with the name of the committee/commission, exact date, time and location to ICAO Events (events [at] icao.int (events[at]icao[dot]int)). Requests will be processed starting 14 October 2019, on a first come first served basis. Audio and video editing will be charged on a cost recovery basis.

Office Space

The Organization regrets that it is not able to provide office accommodation for Delegations attending the Assembly. It is suggested that those Delegations requiring office space specify their requirements to their selected hotels when making room reservations.

Simultaneous Interpretation Equipment

In the conference room with interpretation service, on top of the table you will find an audio control unit. The language selector gives you the choice of language:

Monitoring Exchange (MX) System
