On Tuesday, 19 July 2022, following the opening of the HLM-LTAG, election of the Chairpersons, and the setting of the scene presentation on LTAG, the floor will be opened for oral statements from Member States’ high-level representatives.
Oral statements should focus on agenda items and be no longer than three minutes. The oral statements by States will be undertaken during the first day of the meeting with interpretation services. If time permits, oral statements by Observers will be accommodated.
Member States should notify the Secretariat of their intention to deliver an oral statement and submit the written copy of the oral statement by 6 July 2022 to officeenv [at] icao.int (officeenv[at]icao[dot]int). Written oral statements will not be translated and will be posted on the website in the original language(s) provided.
