EASPG RESG/11 combined with RESG RASP WG/10, Paris, France - 17 to 18 March 2026

The Eleventh Meeting of the EASPG Regional Expert Safety Group (EASPG RESG/11) combined with the Tenth meeting of the RESG Regional Aviation Safety Plan Working Group (RESG RASP WG/10) was held in the ICAO European/North Atlantic regional office in Paris, France from 17 to 18 March 2026. The meeting was attended by 27 States, 5 International Organizations and 2 industries representatives.

The meeting was preceded by a Safety workshop on maturity assessments for Safety Management Systems (SMS) and for State Safety Programmes (SSP) on 16 March 2026. During the workshop participants have exchanged experience on application of EASA Management System Assessment Tool (MSAT), international industry standards and shared feedback on practical cases for SSP assessments.

The plenary session of the RESG11-RASPWG10 (17-18 March 2026) has focused its attention on finalizing the new safety actions to be proposed for inclusion into European Regional Aviation Safety Plan (EUR RASP) 2026-2028, establishing effective regional safety intelligences procedures and addressing emerging safety issues in the region.
