The Twenty-First Meeting of the North Atlantic Procedures and Operations Group (NAT POG/21) was convened at the ICAO EUR/NAT Office in Paris, France from 16 to 20 March 2026. States and industry discussed and received updates on the work carried in regard to NAT Oceanic Clearance removal, Data Link issues and Flight Planning issues. The POG discussed also latest development on GNSS-RFI interference effects in the NAT Airspace and the upcoming FF-ICE implementation. Several NAT Documents and NAT OPS Bulletins were revised during this week.
The results from the 2025 NAT Space Weather Exercise were presented and as a follow up a hybrid session was organized on 18 March focussing on radiation aspects of Space weather, with contributions from DGCA France, French Authority for Nuclear Safety and Radiation Protection (ASNR), Observatoire de Paris, by Surrey Space Centre in collaboration with MOSWOC, IFALPA ATS Committee and SWX project team lead from AIRNAV Ireland.
