We are pleased to announce that the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) European Co-ordination Centre for Accident and Incident Reporting Systems (ECCAIRS 2) platform is now officially live and ready for use. This milestone represents a significant advancement in our collective efforts to strengthen aviation safety through enhanced occurrence reporting and data management.
You should have already received your login credentials (username) via secure communication. Upon receipt, we kindly request that you:
Access the platform at https://eccairs.icao.int
Create additional user accounts, if your State requires multiple reporters, and assign appropriate roles and permissions
Begin entering ADREP reports into the system
To support your onboarding, the following resources are provided:

Roles Comparison Chart to assist in assigning responsibilities appropriately
For States requiring further assistance:
ICAO offers an iPack to facilitate onboarding and implementation
Workshops will be held next year in four ICAO Regional Offices (details forthcoming)
