Human Resources Development Funds
Under the No Country Left Behind initiative, and within the framework of the Human Resources Development Fund (HRDF), ICAO has offered secondment opportunities to ten experts from six African States, so as to assist these States to better address the requirements of ICAO Standards and Recommended Practices (SARPs) and other ICAO programme activities. The ten experts are expected to report for duty on 1 March 2017.
