The Summit is intended to unite the aviation community, education and labour sectors to address strategies and actions for engaging, educating and retaining the next generation of aviation professionals, and to establish partnerships for the implementation of these actions. Co-hosted by the Shenzhen Municipal People's Government of Guangdong Province, the Chinese Society of Aeronautics and Astronautics and Beihang University, the Summit will provide a unique opportunity for information-sharing, discussing and highlighting the importance of NGAP in implementing ever-evolving global strategies for safety, air navigation, security, environmental protection and economic development.
