ICAO in collaboration with Euro-Sino project and ATMB of CAAC will hold a “Civil and Military Cooperation in ATM” Seminar, 6-7 April, 2017 in Beijing .
ICAO APAC RSO is actively working to support States in FUA implementation and acting as a platform to share the best practices of civil/military cooperation in APAC region . To make further progress on the priority tasks identified in APAC Seamless ATM Plan, RSO is developing its capability to assist States in enhancing their pre-tactical and tactical civil military cooperation and improve their airspace management capabilities through introduction of an efficient CMAC/FUA process with the support of ASM tools and collaboration with our Europe partner which has more than 20 years FUA implementation experiences.
Following the agreement between ICAO and Eurocontrol signed last September, ICAO RSO will make a demonstration of the Eurocontrol LARA tool to illustrate how civil and military can best book and use conditional routes and training areas.
