Building Access and Security Arrangements
Access to the ICAO Conference Centre will be restricted to registered participants with A41 Assembly badges. As per previous ICAO Assemblies, all participants are subject to security screening upon arrival and throughout the course of the Assembly, with the exception of the confirmed VVIP group (as per ICAO HQ Access Control Policy).
Please be reminded that all staff and Delegations that sign in visitors to the ICAO Secretariat, are responsible for those visitors while on the premises. Incidents involving visitors will be investigated and responsible parties held accountable to the Secretary General, or the local authorities.
