How are we organized?
To achieve its objective the Strategic Planning, Coordination and Partnerships' Office includes two sections:
Partnerships and Resource Mobilization (PRM):
What do we do? – The Section supports SPCP in its responsibility to facilitate the development of partnerships as well as to leverage such strategic partnerships in air transport systems' enhancements for Member States and the mobilization of resources needed to implement necessary improvements. PRM is establishing systems to facilitate knowledge sharing and accountability on partnerships, including resource mobilization. We are also paving the way for the Organization to approach advocacy in a comprehensive way.
Strategic Planning and Regional Affairs Coordination (PRC):
What do we do? – The Strategic Planning and Regional Affairs Coordination (PRC) Section, within SPCP is responsible for regional coordination, the development and maintenance of the ICAO Business Plan, the ICAO Operating Plan, the Corporate Management and reporting tool (CMRT) the Corporate Key Performance Indicators and the Risk Registry. PRC is also responsible for developing policies, procedures and guidelines to coordinate ICAO response to worldwide emergencies that threaten the safety, regularity or continuity of aviation operations.
